Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 6+ years experience managing and improvinglarge scaleenterprise service, including support for Production systems.
• 2+ yearsexperience as an enterprise Microsoft Teams Room Systems, M365, Dynamics 365, Intune, or Power Platform service administrator.
• Experience in enterprise IT service engineering or architecture.
• Proficienttroubleshooting client/server software issues across multiple platforms, such as Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS,Androidand Self-Problem-Solving capability.
• Proficient using PowerShell scripts, VS Code, Azure, Power BI to drive automation and service health improvements.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
• Citizenship & Citizenship Verification:This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship- based legal restrictions. Specially, this position supports United statesfederal,state, and/or local(or applicable country) United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. • Knowledge of Cloud service fabric, Kubernetes and Linux.
