Manage daily calendars for several C-level executives, booking appropriate meetings and utilizing creative time management skills to maximize productivity
Prepare travel itineraries and manage travel process, ensuring accuracy of plans (flight, hotel, transport, etc.)
Collaborate with other administrative staff and team members to problem solve effectively when situations arise
Act as executive’s liaison with internal department leaders and serve as a communication channel with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare, reconcile, track, and submit expense reports
Coordinate and schedule meetings to maximize the executive’s impact, preparation of agenda, materials, conference room set-up and related tasks
Execute on various ad-hoc projects, as requested
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple members of senior management
Full competence in MS Office Suite, as well as Teams and Zoom with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Experience working with and communicating across all levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrates an understanding of the business to effectively interpret and anticipate needs
Independently resourceful, a keen sense of urgency
Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information

The annual base salary range for this position is: $90,000-$140,000
