Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- The leader you support has heavy appointment calendars that you will manage and keep up to date.
- Attend team calls and handle all follow ups from those calls. You will also be responsible for planning and coordinating QBR’s.
- Coordinate all events (in person and virtual) including recognition events, sales events, as well as help with team-building events and dinners that may occur from time to time. This includes booking event venues, catering, and travel arrangements.
- The VP travels both domestic and international so the ability to astutely navigate travel reservation processes, developing travel itineraries and managing travel expense reports is key.
- You will serve as a back-up to other executive administrative assistants and manage certain administrative projects requiring research and information preparation.
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- You have 5+ years of executive level administrative support, preferrable supporting a sales organization within an enterprise tech/software company.
- You have experience and success in setting up large global events including global travel.
- You have advanced skills with MS Office; SalesForce, Salesloft or any other sales technology is a plus.
- The environment is very dynamic, so you need to multi-task, manage multiple projects, and constantly re-prioritize as circumstances change, paying close attention to detail while maintaining outstanding “customer service” skills.
- You are proactive and a self-starter who can work with little to no direction while working with people in a win-win fashion to get the results we need.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communications skills and be able to handle tense situations in a tactful and professional manner. Interpersonal skills will be mature and experienced.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
