In this role, you will…
The candidate’s main duties & responsibilities are;
Administrations of events with good collaboration with team members:
- Own, coordinate local event calendar preparations and roll out, manage event timelines in colloboration w marketing & clinical team
- Communication w. agencies in Events Concept Creation & execution
- Liaise with internal teams and partners in relation to clinical / marketing events, certification kit materials and post-event activities (i.e. SFDC reports)
- Oversee planning and execution of large and smaller scale local congresses including owning congress logistics for the event and the speakers in line w. sponsorship agreements
- Registration and follow up of the scientific and educational events on the MOH website, in case required.
Administration of marketing collateral & In- Clinic Branding
- Inventory Management follow up w. Logistic Team & Warehouse as well as TMs - of all marketing collateral, sales support materials and Clinical event kits. Initiate marketing collateral production when needed based and guarantee min stock levels for them
- Liaising with agencies re printing and creative
- Put in place a roboust and quality Tier Plaque production process in collaboration w. TMs
- Put in place creative and new In-Clinic branding materials in collaboration w MMs according to strategies. Follow up w. TMs on smooth execution of In- Clinic Branding Material Budget allocation as well as execution
Administration and key contact for all Marketing expenditure requisitions as well as budget follow up:
- Management of purchase & expenditure requisitions for the team together with relevant marketing manager (PR / PO Process)
- Invoice tracking and reporting to Sr MM and Finance team
- Close follow up of budget execution for events, In-Clinic branding and marketing collateral. Report to Sr MMs and MMs on a monthly basis for plan / vs actual ( vs Pending)
Support for key business areas:
- Lead Gen follow up w. ISRs on a monthly basis. Plan and execute LEAD Gen events when needed in collaboration w. CL and Marketing.( close follow up on Congress is crucial)
- Built Power BI Data Report Templates w. Sr MM, MMs and share on a weekly basis on the pre-assigned templates.
- Support Sr MM / CL / CS on P2P Project. Own contract approval process and closely follow up w. Sales Trainer, ISR, TMs and ASMs and report the findings to Sr MM on a weekly basis.
- Support Marketing functions as required: Commercial, Channel and Clinical Education
- Primary contact for Marketing administration tasks

- Fast learner, self-motivated and a team player;
- 5 days a week (Full Time)
Requirements/Qualifications Academic Background
- Bachelor Graduate in graduate year, preferably Engineering, Business or Marketing related majors, or prefer MBA program student
Required Experience
- 5/6 months experience in Marketing Departments of Medical Devices / Dental Sectors
Languages
- Native Turkish speaker, fluent in English
