Maintain customer engagement and retention through New Product Introduction (NPI) and Installed Base (IB) campaigns and provide visibility on campaign ROI
Work with Digital Marketing COE & Inside Sales team; contribute and generate new ideas for development of new ways to leverage marketing automation, telemarketing, digital platforms and sales touchpoints, all together, to create customer engagement journeys.
Align with product & regional Marcom, Marketing & Commercial teams to define prioritized digital campaigns
Ensure localization of all marketing assets in the VEEVA system.
Compilation and editing of the zone newsletter and marketing updates
Acting as the brand ambassador ensuring the new branding guidelines are adopted across all messaging and communication and reporting any deviation.
Ensure Digital ecosystem (CDX) localization and adoption
Qualifications/requirements:
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign management or related field
Expertise in email marketing, search/social advertising, and digital channels best practices with campaign structure and management.
