You will work closely with divisional, marketing, and commercial teams to identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and close high-value deals that improve healthcare delivery through innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales:Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks across Brazil. Position Beyondcare as a key driver of digital transformation.
- Build Relationships:Engage C-levels, medical directors, procurement, and IT stakeholders to influence decision-making and accelerate adoption.
- Craft Value Propositions:
- Manage Pipeline:Maintain an active Salesforce pipeline, forecast accurately, and stay focused on meeting sales targets.
Profile Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Sales Expertise: 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, medtech, or digital health, selling complex services or software solutions.
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian healthcare ecosystem, including public and private systems, digital transformation trends, procurement processes, and key stakeholders.
- Solution Selling: Skilled in consultative selling, with the ability to uncover customer pain points and position high-value solutions.
- Digital Fluency: Familiar with digital health technologies, enterprise SaaS, EMRs, hospital workflow, remote monitoring, AI/analytics, or care coordination tools.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (B1 or higher). Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable leading product demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations
- Comfortable working independently and within a global matrix team.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
