- 5+years of experience managing creative, event-based, or program-based projects.
- 5+ years of experience building and sustaining employee communities or ERGs, with a focus on engagement, inclusion, and well-being.
- Solid business communication and storytelling skills, including experience crafting executive-level presentations and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, bringing clarity and structure to evolving priorities.
