Global Recruiting Operations Compliance Analyst
The Global Recruiting Operations Compliance Analyst will report to the Head of Operations for Global Recruiting and is responsible for oversight, execution, and implementation of all compliance-related programs and processes, including audits, operational review processes, and offer letter management. This role works to ensure up-to-date compliance, issues are identified, and any necessary remediation plans are supported within an agreed upon timeframe.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR)
- Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
Responsibilities:
- Acts as focal point for any Global Recruiting related audits and monitors engagement and progress within the Recruiting Markets and teams
- Implementation of new legislation impacting the recruiting process and systems
- Provides compliance process and policy information and conducts regular reviews/updates
- Management of offer letter content collection (new and updated), system updates, and retention.
- Adherence to Global Records Retention policies and activities; Partners with HP Records Information Management team
- Responds to requests for information from Legal, audit teams, and external surveys
- Coordinate and execute Global audits (external and internal audits, SOX, etc.)
- Identifies inherent and residual risks and conducts risk-based audits (smaller weekly and monthly; larger annually)
- Training for Recruiting organization to enable continued compliance and awareness of new and existing compliance-related processes/system configurations and policies
- Monitors the AI/Data Privacy landscape and partners with HP Data Privacy/AI teams to proactively prepare the Global Recruiting organization.

- In-depth understanding of the Recruiting function and related compliance standards/requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create executive summaries
- Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with upper management
