Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a large complex organization with Central Eastern European focus would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in managing high candidate or requisition volumes and developing sophisticated recruiting strategies.
  • Ability in working autonomously, have strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, strong planning and organization skills and possess proven coordination skills.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and partnerships while contributing to a fun and collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities ofthe Early in ProfessionRecruiter - Account Management Recruitermay include:

  • Headcount planning and management – partner withEarly in ProfessionManagers, HR and business partners, Finance teams, collect,defineand manage corresponding requisitionsandinterviewerfor current and long-term talent needs.
  • Consultative trusted advisor –identifyingbusiness hiring needs and collaboratively consult on topics suchassourcing strategies, hiring trends, intern program development, diversity, candidate attraction, interview best practices; build strong connections with key stakeholders in the company, both globally and locally; advise on intern program planning,developmentand execution. All in partnership with your Finder and Closer peers.
  • Partnerships/Training -Provideprogram guidance to stakeholders on college candidate experience from beginning to end, diversity strategies, technicalpresentations
  • Leadership -Identifyand cultivateEiPchampions as well as theEiP
  • AMR’sto collaborate, share best practices and insights to enable a continual evolution ofEarly in Profession
