What you need to know about the role-

Launch Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive business launch plans, timelines, and strategies to ensure timely and successful product introductions.

  • Coordinate with program managers, product development, marketing, sales, and operations teams to align launch activities and resources.

Regional Readiness:

  • Assess and ensure regional readiness for product launches, including coordinating with market analysis teams, regulatory compliance leads / others.

  • Customize launch strategies to meet the unique needs of different regions, taking into account cultural, economic, and competitive factors.

Team Coordination and Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between regional teams and project execution teams, facilitating clear and consistent communication.

  • Organize and lead cross-functional business readiness meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on launch objectives and progress.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with product launches and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Proactively address and resolve any issues that may impact the success of the launch.

What do you need to bring-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in product launch management, marketing, or a related role.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing product launches across multiple regions.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support regional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Financial Services products

  • Knowledge of international markets and regulatory requirements.

  • Fluency in multiple languages.
