Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Program Development:
Market & Customer Insights:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer expectations in loyalty and rewards programs. Leverage customer insights and data analytics to create targeted and personalized experiences within the program.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, marketing, finance, design, and other internal stakeholders to develop and refine program offerings. Provide strategic direction to ensure that the program meets business goals and drives customer satisfaction.
Program Optimization & Growth:
Continuously monitor program performance and customer engagement to identify opportunities for enhancement and growth and lead efforts to optimize the rewards program through iterative improvements based on data-driven insights.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, product managers, and operational teams. Present program updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
What do you need to bring:
3-5 years experience in a similar commercial role
Experience in navigating complex organizations
High energy, passionate, positive, flexible and very outcomes focused
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and P/L management skills
Strategic and analytical thinking with an excellent ability to deal with complex topics and to use data to drive strategic objectives and priorities
Track record of delivering tangible results (proven experience delivering against a P&L is desirable)
Track record of driving cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, design, GTM, Risk, Finance and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and align multiple stakeholders.

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is
$82500 to $187990
