Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities
• Support, develop, evolve, and execute the Distribution strategy for key global distribution partnerships
• Develop and design data and analytics models to drive direction and strategy of our global programs
• Implement a standard set of KPI’s to measure the health and performance of the Distribution partners: growth, acquisition, capacity, capability & coverage
• Support the Distribution Partner Manager community who are aligned to our partners – execution, mentoring, coaching and development
• Spearhead and own strategic growth initiatives and lead transformational engagements (Partner Led, Commercial, Solution Development / Packaging)
• Help set and execute quarterly growth targets for our key strategic priorities
• Team and collaborate with key NetApp stakeholders to support and deliver on strategic initiatives and revenue targets
• Support QBRs and EBCs with the Partner and NetApp Leaders
• Work with the extended NetApp teams including Worldwide Partner Organization, Geo and Local teams to drive investment, marketing support and gain mindshare on the value and contribution of Distribution
• Harness the full capabilities of Distribution to identify new routes to market to support NetApp’s strategy for growth in Flash and Cloud (MSP, CSP, SI, Alliances, OEM)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Global Partner Manager, Distribution role will have the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with a demonstrable ability in sales, partner sales, and/or partner ecosystems with large cross-functional teams at scale
• Demonstrated experience building data and analytics models leveraging KPI data and analytics tools
• Experience designing strategy and complex programs, including experience in Distribution and SMB partner ecosystems
• Broad experience in a matrixed leadership environment
• Ability to handle strategic partner escalations and be the face of the sales organization when challenges arise
• Strong executive acumen and consultative sales skills to help develop, nurture, and accelerate partner growth
• Strong collaboration skills to build good working relationships across all functions
• Strong personal drive for delivering industry-leading partner experience and thriving in a fast-paced, high energy environment with a proactive focus
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
• Travel 25-50% + Willingness to travel internationally occasionally as needed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. MBA or graduate degree preferred but not required.
