Key Responsibilities

• Own the digital solution strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, architecture, and engineering teams.
• Lead and mentor service stream team members
• Orchestrate resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of qualitative software applications
• Support business case development and risk/compliance triage.
• Oversee solution design and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
• Facilitate estimation, planning and prioritization activities.
• Act as escalation point for delivery risks and blockers.
• Ensure traceability from business requirements to technical implementation.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• Solution Alignment: % of solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals.
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback from business and technical teams.
• Delivery Confidence: Reduction in escalations and blockers during execution.
• Documentation Quality: Solution design and decision traceability.
