- Own the digital solution strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, architecture, and engineering teams.
- Lead and mentor service stream team members
- Orchestrate resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of qualitative software applications
- Support business case development and risk/compliance triage.
- Oversee solution design and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
- Facilitate estimation, planning and prioritization activities.
- Act as escalation point for delivery risks and blockers.
- Ensure traceability from business requirements to technical implementation.
