Start your journey with us by joining our NGSA New Hire Training together with other like-minded colleagues from all over Europe
Participate in a structured, award-winning 2 year training & development program targeted specifically at early in career graduates together with other graduates throughout Europe
Perform outbound sales activities such as outbound calling, following-up on requests, sales qualifications
Provide product information to new and/or existing B2B customers and create sales pipeline
Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives or to Account Managers in the NGSA team.
Attend regular trainings about the Dell Products & Services Portfolio and learn how to do whiteboards and to structure a Sales conversation
Daily tasks will include outbound calling, including preparing for a call and meet activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments and Sales opportunities
Engage in custom campaigns in assigned Territory
get to work in a modern office in Solna 5 days per week
Essential Requirements
University degree (graduation year 2022-2024/25)
A strong work ethic, drive and enthusiasm
Openness and coachability
Passion for technology
A conviction for Sales
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, Team approach
Research skills, curiosity about business components, attention to detail
Swedish native speaker , Fluent English is a must
Start Date:
January 12th , 2026 or as per agreement
