Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 2+ yearsexperience in media technology, adtech/martech, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in clean room, establishing audience tech tools and segment creation.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of audience activation within clean room environments (e.g., Azure Confidential Clearn Room (ACCR), LiveRamp).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, data science, privacy, and legal) to define clean room use cases and audience activation strategies that meet business goals.
  • Design, run, and optimize queries to create audience segments in clean rooms while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)).
  • Work closely with media teams to integrate clean room-generated audience segments into digital advertising campaigns across platforms.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve targeting effectiveness, leveraging clean room data alongside other ad tech solutions to optimize media spend.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of audience activation efforts, continuously optimizing campaigns to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure that clean room processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with data privacy policies, working with legal teams to mitigate risks.
  • Stay up to date with developments in clean room technology, privacy regulations, and data security practices.
