Responsibilities

  • travel, offsites, town halls, staff meetings and

  • Manage the Finance COO’s day-to-day operations/correspondence and the ongoing running of the Business Execution

  • Ensure the Finance COO is fully prepared for all relevant engagement by reviewing/preparing materials and/or talking points; conduct due diligence and analyses to ensure key messages are delivered to the

  • withthemanagement and governance activities through building agendas, coordinating with subject matter experts,creatingand distributing materials, tracking follow-ups and ensuring smooth execution of the meeting/

  • Apply a proactive approach in forward planning and tracking of progress leading up to key meetings/

  • Work closely with theBusiness Execution Team,Finance COO Leadership Team,and partners across the firm

  • Articulate problems and bring the right people together to create

  • a high levelof integrity when working with complex and confidential

  • with buildingand developingmaterials for key management forums, including FinanceCOOTown Halls and FinanceCOOManaging Director Calls

  • Manage miscellaneous matters, includingmaintaininginformational documents, tracking meetings and metrics, and creating/updating

Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Required skills include project management, quantitative aptitude, the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues through concise presentation

  • Good interpersonal skills to oversee cross disciplinary workstreams

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including horizontal and vertical logic and executive presentations

  • Extensive project management and strategy analysis experience

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage many priorities at

  • Strong work-ethic, innovative and adaptable with positive attitude and willingness / ability to pick up work quickly when and whereneeded

  • Interest and experience in the financial services industry
