JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key requirements:

  • Providing exceptional customersupport and resolving complex issues on time;
  • Manage up to 10 -15 calls per day and timely processing of service request fromthe case queues and assigning cases to the technicians;
  • Abilityto handle calls from international customers AMER /AP/EMEA region;
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer experiencestrategies;
  • Provide support to customers for all inquiries.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Passionateabout customer service, with a professional, telephone manner anda confident personality;
  • Fluentin English and proficient in French;
  • Preferredminimum 3 years’ experience in a customer services environment with provenrecord of delivering exceptional
    levels of service;
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and use this skill to ensure customersget exceptional service;
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
