You will report directly to our Tech Support Manager and you'll work on a hybrid work schedule.
The annual base salary for this position is $90,900 - $113,300. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and stay updated on product advancements
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior support professionals
- Travel up to 85% of time
