Job Summary:

As a Content and Campaigns Manager, you'll drive inspiring and purposeful communications that boost employee engagement, effectiveness, and business outcomes. This role involves developing and executingcampaigns and content creation. Strong multi-channel communication skills, including internal, crisis, and executive communications, are essential.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement storytelling strategies,corporatecampaigns, and content that highlight positive elements of NetApp's company culture and the value of employee offerings
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensivecorporatecampaigns aligned with brand objectives, leveraging market research and competitive analysis
  • Plan and coordinate campaign timelines, resources, and deliverables for successful implementation
  • Use employee feedback and data to inform message development and execution
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies as needed; identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Support transformation communications programs that inform, develop knowledge, inspire, and engage employees
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Integrated Communications team to develop internal and external communications materials
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for diverse channels
  • Utilize various communication channels, tools, and forums to ensure employees have access to relevant information
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in internal/employee communications, public relations,corporatecommunications, or writing/editing
  • Experience in employer brand content strategy and articulating employee value proposition
  • Familiarity with People/HR concepts, including employee experience/engagement, DEIB, total rewards, wellness, change management, leadership, learning, workplace experience, and talent enablement management
  • Strongstrategicthinking, data-driven execution, organization, program/project management, and content development skills
  • Experience contributing to business goals throughstrategiccommunications in large, complex organizations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into stories and visual concepts
  • Deep understanding of modern communication tools, including videos and podcasts
  • Flexible and resilient problem solver with the ability to manage sensitive situations and work cross-functionally
  • Experience in transformational programs and change management preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field
