What You’ll Do

As the Account Manager, you will lead the development, execution, and success of campaigns and strategic creative initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring that client needs are met with precision and that campaigns and creative projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves overseeing coordination between in-house creatives, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Thought Leadership:
    • Develop strategic plans and briefs for high-impact campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the research department to incorporate market research and competitive analysis into campaign strategies.
    • Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to meet client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Strategic Campaign Management:
    • Oversee the development, execution, and monitoring of high-profile campaigns.
    • Ensure coordination with internal teams (creative, integrated media, digital/web, analytics) for timely delivery of campaign assets and materials.
    • Understand campaign performance reports and collaborate with the team on strategic insights for optimization.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and providing strategic guidance.
    • Lead client meetings and presentations, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and deliverables.
    • Streamline processes and improve project efficiencies in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing role, preferably in a client-side or agency environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Deep understanding of global advertising practices and digital marketing.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
