You will work directly with hiring managers with a clear path to career advancement.

• Work with all G&A teams assisting with identifying diverse talent for all NOAM positions
• Work closely with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements for our roles and their impact on the company and product as a whole.
• Develop and lead innovative search strategies for both active and passive talent.
• Serve as a subject matter authority on effective diversity talent pipeline building strategies, as well as engage diverse talent to augment our candidate pipeline.
• Act as a true business partner collaborating closely with recruitment and hiring managers to provide detailed mapping of the industry talent and trends.
• Support and help define and refine our diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.

• 5+ years of experience in a sourcing role ideally with in-house and agency experience.
• Deep network and experience within the finance, legal, and marketing space required.
• Exceptional sourcing skills with a deep knowledge within the data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence and cloud computing industries specifically for G&A skillsets.
• Expertise in Recruiter LinkedIn with a proven track record successfully identifying and filling pipeline with qualified talent for hard to fill positions.
• Ability to work on a large number of positions across multiple organizations prioritizing diversity.
• GEM expertise is a plus.
