IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:
Work with all G&A teams assisting with identifying diverse talent for all NOAM positions
Work closely with recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements for our roles and their impact on the company and product as a whole.
Develop and lead innovative search strategies for both active and passive talent.
Serve as a subject matter authority on effective diversity talent pipeline building strategies, as well as engage diverse talent to augment our candidate pipeline.
Act as a true business partner collaborating closely with recruitment and hiring managers to provide detailed mapping of the industry talent and trends.
Support and help define and refine our diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.
5+ years of experience in a sourcing role ideally with in-house and agency experience.
Deep network and experience within the finance, legal, and marketing space required.
Exceptional sourcing skills with a deep knowledge within the data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence and cloud computing industries specifically for G&A skillsets.
Expertise in Recruiter LinkedIn with a proven track record successfully identifying and filling pipeline with qualified talent for hard to fill positions.
Ability to work on a large number of positions across multiple organizations prioritizing diversity.
GEM expertise is a plus.
The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
The estimated base salary range for this role is $113,000 - $152,200.
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
