Assistant Manager
Within the professional services environment, the management of risk is fundamental to the successful delivery of our client services and promotion of our brand.
As EYTAX’s Change Manager, you will be part of an ecosystem thatfocuses on:
Ensuring resource capabilities can respond to Service Line (SL) needs
Driving technology enablement and improving data quality and insight for better decisions
Driving nearshoring and automation of services delivery
Driving investigation and analysis of new innovative technologies and projects to enable service delivery
Deliver a range of interventions required to successfully embed people change, including personas, impact assessments, mindset and behavior change approaches, communications plans, change networks, adoption plans, change effectiveness measurements and business readiness assessments.
Provide support, guidance, and education to PMOs and wider regional operations stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of people change approaches for all projects.
Project Management:
Manage people and processes within projects to ensure projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results
Participate and/or manage projects from ideation and requirements gathering through to implementation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvements across EYTAX, e.g. process redesign, nearing-shoring, off-shoring and automation
The go-to person for a project’s organisation, timeline and delivery
Manage internal resources and third-party vendors for execution of projects
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility with clarity
Develop a project plan to track progress and report on project status
Internally and externally networked to bring new perspective, insights, and opportunities to the function across technology platforms
Perform business analysis to inform the requirements and design of new tools and technology that will transform the EYTAX’s resourcing and business enablement function
Apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
Design, development, delivery and management of communications to support change from project portfolio
Support documentation requirements, design and delivery of training and change programmes
Engage with Subservice Line (SSL) Leaders and their delegates to understand SSL requirements to ensure a project or initiative meets their requirements

Experience of change management approaches, methods, and tools in a multinational organization context.

Ability to operate calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Ability to work independently, without detailed oversight.
Excellent people management skills.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
Bi-lingual in Japanese and English – written and spoken (intermediate level)
5 years+ experience managing the people side of change in a multinational organization
Training experience and skills
Deep experience working in a multicultural and multinational environment
Experience in one of the domains – Corporate strategy, Finance, Technology or Operations and general understanding of these functions
Experience of working in professional services or client service focused industries
