Your role:

  • Primary responsibility: manage and lead the national team of BDM’s to differentiate the ECG Solutions technology through a value proposition and to strategically align with Diagnostic Cardiology Solutions to become an E2E solution in IDN’s.

  • Collaborate with sales management and field marketing to ensure the appropriate strategies and sales approaches are being implemented.

  • Be responsible for achieving individual and team targets, assist in all talent acquisition and development activities within team, and drive the knowledge base and value proposition of ECG Solutions within the broader Philips organization.

  • Collaborate within Philips leadership to drive collaboration to execute on the One Philips Solution to drive enhanced Sales Effectiveness and overall engagement.

  • Communicate overall strategy with all stake holders in ECG Solutions including AVP’s and RSD’s.

  • Contribute to budget preparation and AOP planning with immediate management team.

You’re the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of being an individual contributor in sales and leading an IDN focused strategic sales team successfully.

  • Your skills include: demonstrated people management skills, IDN sales experience, experience leading account teams and selling to accounts that can produce large sales volumes and/or market share growth.

  • You have a BS/BA level degree or higher in a technical, healthcare or business discipline, or equivalent experience.

  • You have experience selling into IDN accounts that are making top/down decisions.
