Own key business metrics including safety, product quality (yield), on-time delivery, labor productivity, cycle time/inventory, and capacity.
Establish team strategy/goals that meet or exceed established metrics.
Develop and manage operational budget.
Drive year-over-year productivity through strategic investment, project execution, and product quality improvements.
Develop, train, motivate, and inspire team.
Lead EHS and Compliance efforts to support internal/external regulations.
Operate with a LEAN mindset to deliver continuous improvement.
Work with other managers throughout manufacturing to generate best practices that lead to bottom line results.Quality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
Maintaining full Quality System Regulation and Current Good Manufacturing Practices requirements.
Maintaining full regulatory compliance and other legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years production, supply chain experience or leadership or High School diploma/GED and 10 years production or supply chain experience.
Desired Characteristics
MBA or Masters
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement Best Practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity.
Experience leading production teams including production planning and execution.
Prior team leading experience including hiring and people development.
Engineering or technical experience (design or process)
Prior regulatory or compliance experience
