Your role:
- HR Advisor in a call center environment, taking anywhere from 15-30 calls a day while balancing ticket inquiries.
- Supporting customers on Workday, and other relevant HR systems for completing transactions. Our People Advisor must provide exceptional customer service as the front-line HR advisor for our ~18k North American employees. Will advise on topics such as payroll, benefits, systems access, etc.
- Confirming service level agreements are met and providing end-to-end customer support resulting in accurate and efficient transactions / inquiry resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handling high volume inquiries related to benefits, payroll, retirement and other HR related issues from first contact.
- Registering, escalating and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner through all available channels (primarily case management system, email, and phone).
the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Call center experience or customer service experience preferred. HR background preferred but not required.
- Strong technical/computer navigation skills and customer service and problem-solving abilities.
