In this role, you will:
- Participate in developing strategic prioritiesand management of inter-dependencies
- Assist and contribute integration with other strategic efforts across CIB and Wells Fargo
- Identify technology requirements and coordination of technical resources
- Review and analyze basic business, operational, technical assignments, or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives
- Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Provide strategic consulting services to client organization using knowledge and expertise
- Collaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholdersto meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult closely with management of Finance, Human Resources, and Regional Services
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm ina
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge and understanding of CIB lines of businesses, especially with Sales & Trading businesses (Equities, Credit, Structured Products, Foreign Exchange, Rates)
- Demonstrated experience with consulting toolkit and broad range of analytical tools and problem-solving approaches
- Strong client management and executive-level communication skills
- Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
- Experience in Corporate and Investment Banking industry overall; experience with Sales & Trading businesses is a plus
- MBA or an advanced business degree from a top-tier program
- Experience analyzing revenue drivers, risk exposure, and market trends globally
- Advanced technical skills in MS Office, such as Excel and PowerPoint
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Pay Range
$73,100.00 - $155,900.00
