In this role, you will:

  • Participate in developing strategic prioritiesand management of inter-dependencies
  • Assist and contribute integration with other strategic efforts across CIB and Wells Fargo
  • Identify technology requirements and coordination of technical resources
  • Review and analyze basic business, operational, technical assignments, or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives
  • Exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Provide strategic consulting services to client organization using knowledge and expertise
  • Collaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholdersto meet deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult closely with management of Finance, Human Resources, and Regional Services

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm ina

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of CIB lines of businesses, especially with Sales & Trading businesses (Equities, Credit, Structured Products, Foreign Exchange, Rates)
  • Demonstrated experience with consulting toolkit and broad range of analytical tools and problem-solving approaches
  • Strong client management and executive-level communication skills
  • Track record of demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
  • Experience in Corporate and Investment Banking industry overall; experience with Sales & Trading businesses is a plus
  • MBA or an advanced business degree from a top-tier program
  • Experience analyzing revenue drivers, risk exposure, and market trends globally
  • Advanced technical skills in MS Office, such as Excel and PowerPoint

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Visa sponsorship is not available

Pay Range

$73,100.00 - $155,900.00
