You will be embedded into a team with diverse backgrounds spanning demand generation, sales, presales, marketing & customer success, all spezialised in the Startup-Industry.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identify & approach high-potential startups (SAP´s Lighthouse customers of the future)
- Individual & creative targeting of prospects with tailored messaging
- Generate demand, manage pipeline, and close opportunities
- Customer development / sales driver
- Internal sales processing such as forecasting, Opportunity and quotation management
- Lead customer engagements in close cooperation with Business Architects leveraging a broad network of presales and post-sales experts
- Deliver exciting customer experience across the entire customer lifecycle
- Establish & continuously maintain high-quality customer relationship across industries
- Closely work with SAP implementation partners
- Develop brand advocates & reference customers
YOUR PROFILE
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in economics, IT management or a related discipline
- Team player with a startup mindset and a can-do mentality who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in business application software sales with overachievement of quota
- Several years of experience in sales of business software/IT solutions
- Independent, well-organized, solution-oriented and efficient working style
- Initial cross-functional knowledge in the SAP portfolio
- Customer centricity: a customer’s success is at the core of your thinking
- quick comprehension of key value drivers & business models of prospects
- extensive knowledge of business processes & business requirements necessary for a startup to scale
- Leadership & negotiation skills
- Language skills: Fluency (spoken and written) in English and German
