Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization, a part of Information Security which enables over 330,000 individuals across 140+ countries to access systems and information securely. As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, including but not limited to security for, a complex Active Directory (AD) environment, hybrid cloud deployment, mobile computing, policy driven security, SSO, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and federation focusing on multiple protocols (SAML, OpenID, Azure AD)
Your key responsibilitiesThe Regional Lead position drives operational activities to ascertain the activities for the IAM-Identity Provisioning Operations to meet Information Technology (IT) and Identity and Access Management (IAM) operational requirements, standards, and quality controls and that they can be seamlessly deployed with no impact to production or critical service work.
Skills and attributes for successIdentity Provisioning Regional Lead will be responsible for all aspects of area IAM services- Identity Provisioning Operations, including ensuring the team’s compliance with Information Security policies and procedures. This individual will also be responsible for global\area oversight of the IAM team operational functions in different geographic locations. The role is generally guided by the Global Lead for IAM Identity Provisioning. To achieve success within a global 24/7 environment, manages direct reports/teams to the highest level of performance, selects and hires staff, aligns responsibilities and objectives to abilities and to coach performance.
- Extensive experience in IAM including IDM technologies, access control, request-authorization frameworks and general security policies related to IAM
- Extensive experience in consolidation of IAM tasks on a country / sub area / area or global level
- Demonstrable skills to develop practical roadmaps and to implement in an efficient way
- Very good understanding of key performance indicators relevant for the role
- Experience in financial management like budgeting and cost comparison for the relevant services
- Drive standardization, automation and consolidation/centralization
- Develop and implement Service Level Agreements / Operating Level Agreements for account provisioning, Provide cost-efficient, stable IAM operations
- Establish a service culture with sufficiently ITIL-educated operations management and staff
- Build, promote and operate or source global services
- Develop the information technology roadmap and direction for the area of responsibility
- Represent the area of responsibility externally (e.g., with vendors and industry peers)
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with the IT Relationship Manager and with HR/Talent, and understand the people policies for countries in which staff are located
- Manage customer expectations and ensure effective delivery of IAM services
- Manage and champion a functional cross-border organization where culture and maturity levels ensure organizational symmetry with aligned responsibilities and cross-border reporting lines
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities with exceptional skills to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Deal efficiently with customer concerns and difficult situations/people under pressure
- An overall understanding of the business objectives of service lines and Core Business Services departments
- Interface and consult with peers within own function and across Operations to coordinate planning and daily operations
- Clear vision complemented by the ability to communicate and implement
- Experience of integrating operations from multiple countries and handling different cultures
- Leading change with ability to keep people motivated in a highly changing environment
- Communicate clearly and unambiguously to team as well as to the other teams within the IT Services organization
To qualify for the role you must have- Degree in Computer Science or related subject area, or equivalent work experience
- 10 plus years working within Information Technology in a global firm and with solid people management experience.
- Experience in operations of a 24x7 support organization, project & process management
- The role will also require the periodic allocation of additional time on the job to support multiple demands and bringing up issues or to acceptable application maintenance windows and to accommodate teams or staff in other time zones (including weekends).
