EY Brand Identity Coordinator - Supervising Associate

Your key responsibilities
  1. Support Brand Guidelines Development:
    • Assist in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines and standards to ensure a unified brand expression across all platforms.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency in all communications and channels.
    • Assist in coordinating efforts with external agencies and suppliers to align their deliverables to brand identity standards.
    • Manage M365 templates “ribbon” in coordination with BMC Production Support team and hundreds of template administrators globally
    • Review and approve stock photography selections for inclusion in a global digital asset management tool used by marketers, designers and all EY people
  1. Brand Review Processes:
    • Help manage the brand identity review process for external Client Technologies globally.
    • Conduct ad hoc reviews of prototypes, marketing communication designs and other content to assess brand identity compliance and elevate quality.
  1. Content Management:
    • Assist in maintaining and updating content on The Branding Zone, ensuring that all materials are current and reflect brand standards.
    • Answer inquires received via ServiceNow Brand Helpcenter or direct to appropriate support teams where necessary.
  1. Brand Audits and Analysis:
    • Conduct brand audits under the guidance of the Associate Director to assess alignment with EY brand identity standards and performance metrics.
    • Assist in gathering insights for brand representation analysis and contribute to implementing improvements.
  1. Training and Support:
    • Participate in workshops and training sessions to embed brand identity principles within the organization.
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking assistance with brand-related inquiries.
    • Manage the logos, marketing messages and social media links included for use in our employee email signature tool
    • Monitor the Branding Zone shared mailbox and respond to inquiries as needed.

To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field (internships included).
  • Creative mindset with a passion for branding and marketing.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to deliver constructive feedback.
  • Excellent visual design and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft M365 and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • Proficiency in basic web development, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
