You'll:

• Create product documentation (in English) for our Payroll software for Belgium
• Work closely with the product owner, software developers, product management expert, and support engineers to understand the business processes and how the software covers them
• Review UIs for usability
• Research and define terminology
  

What you bring

• University degree in technical communication or similar
• The ability to think holistically about users’ needs regarding the software and user assistance, and to distil information from many sources into one set of clear instructions
• The ability to create content in all formats
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A working knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage
