Technology Consulting, Non-Financial Services, Senior Consultant – Archer

Skills and attributes for success
- Lead the technical team on implementation project teams, directing other technical consultants and testers.
- Assist Engagement Lead in workshops to gather agile user stories/epics/features using Archer Agile or client-preferred Agile software.
- Direct customers on best practices across Archer products and platforms.
- Develop Offerings, Solutions, and Designs for product implementations.
- Deliver Application UI and Process flow Configuration.
- Development of client-specific reporting needs, including advanced graphical reports.
- Interface with Archer technical product teams as needed.
- Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related.
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert on the delivery of Archer GRC solutions.
- Creation and delivery of solutions for customers addressing requirements through technical architecture in consideration of process design and technical best practices and standards
- Collaborate and contribute to creating, deploying, and maintaining Technical Best Practices and Standards.
- Ensuring technical deliverables are complete, consistent, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes.
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 30%.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments.
- 3+ years of Archer implementation experience with IRM (GRC) implementations in a client consulting environment is required.
- Proficiency with Agile project management and delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in technical consulting and client-facing roles required
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Experience with Archer form and layout design configuration , development of field updates, advanced workflow, troubleshooting, complex calculations, different datafeeds, data imports, scheduled jobs, various notifications, data driven events, reports, dashboard, workspaces, Appearance, Access Control (Roles, Groups, Users), Record Permissions, deployment (package creation and installation).
- Certifications like Archer Certified Associate, Archer Certified Administrator – Specialist, Archer Certified Administrator - Expert
- Industry Certifications, including SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, and Scrum Master, are also preferred.
- Maintain all certifications and continual progression in developer learning plans.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and articulately explain technical information.
- Ability to understand and interpret business needs and identify appropriate business and technical solutions to meet those needs.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) around all critical technical decisions during project delivery.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience with Compliance AI, Assurance AI, Evolv for Compliance, RMIS, Archer Insight
- Experience with Archer Control panel, data publication, Web Services, REST API, Content API, MS SQL, report objects, custom objects, HTML, JavaScript, ASP .net.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies. Excellent communication skills, team player, drives processes, and actively owns deliverables.
- Deep understanding of Archer Platform end-to-end delivery processes; advanced functional and technical knowledge of the Archer IRM/GRC best practices.
- Strong interest in cloud computing and related technologies, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $66,300 to $135,400. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $79,500 to $153,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
