WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee the ServiceNow implementation project plan and execution as well as roadmap development
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements
- Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, reports, forms, and scripts
- Manage user accounts, roles, and access controls within ServiceNow
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning
- Plan and execute ServiceNow upgrades and patches
- Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes and configurations
- Train end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices
- Collaborate with IT teammates to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new features
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or higher
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
- Experience with JavaScript, SQL, git, and web services
- Experience building automations within ServiceNow
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience owning ServiceNow implementations end-to-end
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Implementation Specialist, Application Developer)
- Experience performing migrations from applications such as Zendesk, Freshservice, and Jira Service Management
- Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with or certifications in Agile methodologies
- Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements
