The opportunity
- Develops and executes learning strategies to support organisational requirements.
- Defines and maps people capabilities aligned strategic business imperatives and future needs.
- Designs, develops and deploys learning solutions to address capability build requirements for bespoke client engagements.
- Advises and align client requirements with existing EY solutions for deployment.
- Defines learning roadmaps of EY learning interventions.
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for contributing to the delivery of processes, solutions and/or projects, by delivering agreed activities, researching and presenting relevant information to inform recommendations.
- Liaise, interact, and maintain relationships with external providers.
- Accountable for delivering own work and meeting required targets which impact the immediate team.
- Be a point of contact for training related questions.
- Meets performance objectives and metrics set locally (client service, quality and risk management, sales and business growth, solution development and teaming etc.)
- Assist in the preparation and deployment of onboarding and training plans.
- Ensure training expenses and invoices follow up.
