We are seeking a successful Software Dev Manager to lead our efforts in automating the classification of our entire worldwide selection within regulatory classes. The Software Development Manager will work with stakeholders from multiple business units to gather requirements to develop and deploy the next generation of classification models.Key job responsibilities- Drive Software and Engineering best practices

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
- Experience in building software that include ML to bring customer value
