Manage HR documentation, including processing documents in systems like SAP HR, 1C, Enbek, Navision, and Success Factor.
Maintain employee personal files and archive documents.
Ensure timely execution of employment, transfers, terminations, leaves, and sick leave processes in compliance with labor laws.
Assist in creating and monitoring employee vacation schedules.
Ensure employees are timely familiarized with company policies.
Register employment contracts and amendments in government information systems within legal deadlines.
Independently prepare disciplinary and commendation documents in accordance with labor laws.
Enter salary and compensation data, including legal allowances and deductions, into payroll systems.
Audit payroll calculations to identify and correct errors.
Handle employee complaints from various sources (Fair Play hotline, labor inspection, prosecution, court, etc.) and develop action plans to resolve root causes.
Maintain confidentiality when handling employee personal information.
Stay updated on labor law changes and implement new requirements.
Comply with migration laws when hiring foreign nationals.
Conduct HR documentation audits at least quarterly.
Mentor junior HR specialists and HR specialists.
Prepare monthly reports for the department and state authorities.
Identify and develop new initiatives to improve team and department efficiency.
Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving department operations.
Communicate key HR issues, payroll updates, legislative changes, and major HR decisions to team members.
Resolve complex cases during contentious terminations.
Create technical specifications for new HR system solutions, test and train HR specialists on them.
Support the team on adaptation, turnover, and retention initiatives.
Collaborate with outsourcing providers to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
Manage the migration records of foreign employees.
Key Requirements:
Higher professional education.
At least 3 years of experience in HR documentation.
Proficiency in labor laws and HR document management.
Experience with SAP HR and 1C: Salary and Personnel.
English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Strong skills in Excel.
Attention to detail and ability to analyze large volumes of information.
Effective communication and team facilitation skills.
