Review deals: Ensure details are complete and correct, and deal complies to SAP policies and guidelines : this may involve collaborating with local market unit colleagues from Sales, Pricing, and Revenue Recognition in order to shape the deal to avoid any revenue deferrals.
Contract preparation: Responsible for preparing contract documents from template and adding/drafting language for deal specifics. Order forms, support agreements and amendments are prepared for both new and existing customers and cover different lines of business including on premise software licenses, cloud services, software support, consulting and training.
Contract management: Maintain SAP’s contract records and contract related data in SAP’s contract management system
Answering queries from internal customers.
Validation: Review returned contracts prior to booking for compliance with internal policies and controls.
Assist booking teams to ensure on time processing of customer sales orders into SAP systems.
Anticipate issues and use professional judgement to initiate actions to resolve them.
Work to deliver tasks within the team’s Service Level Agreement
Accommodate quarter-end and year-end deadlines and respond to spikes in workload from the Sales team
Use SAP technology for reporting, monitoring and managing Deals and other transactions end to end.
Contribute ideas to drive efficiency and process improvements.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Good communication in English and in Japanese (N1 or N2)
Minimum Tertiary qualification from University or College
Bachelor’s degree in business, Law or Economics is an advantage
Good command of MS Office (Excel, word and Outlook)
WORK EXPERIENCE
Preferably 1 year or more experience within bid management, process management, procurement, software licensing, contract administration, business or sales operations
Working experience within a shared service center environment (preferred)
