Accounts Receivable with automation focus

As a member of our Core Business Service (CBS) team in our office in Málaga, Spain; you will join a group of professionals from different areas collaborating to support our infrastructure and over 700+ professionals.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Support the whole billing process: check billable hours, follow agreed procedure and criteria and calculate billable amounts; prepare invoices and raise in SAP. Register provisions, accruals and reclassifications
• Monitor and support payment collection: regularly review accounts to identify overdue payments. Address payment issues, reconcile account discrepancies and handle disputes.
• Collaborate with the central team in billing reconciliation.
• Compile and analyze data related to accounts receivable. Provide regular and timely reports to central team
• Identify opportunities for automation in reporting and accounting processes: implement and manage automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
• Provide support in closing activities.
• Collaborate in Audit or Tax inspections

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in accounting departments
• Higher level training cycle in Administration and Finance / Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Advanced skills in Excel, MS Power Query, MS Power Pivot and MS Power BI
• Experience in accounting and ERP software such as SAP
• Upper Intermediate English Skills (B2 – C1)
• Knowledge of Local GAAP, taxes and regulations
