JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling - Co-ordinate / schedule contractors and staff attendance on site in an efficient and effective manner in compliance with Contract KPIs and Customer requirements
  • Administrative tasks includes answering phones, filing, typing, good receiving and sending, archiving, creation of POs, timesheets, expenses, organising payment, data capture
  • Documentation - ensure that all applicable documentation (e.g. receipts, Purchase Orders) is collected and managed in compliance with the Contract and with HON processes
  • Service Delivery Standards - Ensure that all work of contractors and HON employees is conducted in a safe, timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Reporting - produce reports as requested for the site and provide insights / analysis from the reports to the team
  • Tracking costs / budgeting - Track costs against schedules / requirements and provide reporting accordingly

Key Experience, Qualifications and Capabilities

  • 6 years’ work experience (required) in a busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skill
  • Staff and subcontractor management highly regarded
  • SAP experience desirable
