Your responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and execute organizational effectiveness initiatives, including assessments and action plans to address gaps and achieve strategic goals.
- Support annual strategic and operational planning processes through organizational insights, capability assessments, and workforce planning.
- Partner with COEs to deliver HR guidance and solutions in areas such as competency development, succession planning, talent management, recruitment, employee relations, engagement, change management, and process improvement.
- Provide consultation to management on issues affecting morale, performance, and organizational development, and recommend solutions to address root causes effectively.
- Direct ongoing HR needs to appropriate resources within the HR operating model to support business objectives.
- Identify and address gaps between current organizational capabilities and future strategic needs.
- Support strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and organizational transformations.
- Lead and influence change management efforts to enhance organizational performance and build human capital capabilities.
- Develop and maintain metrics, analytics, and reporting to support business and HR strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to build a strong organizational culture that aligns with company values and drives engagement.
- Promote and support diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to create an inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a progressive HR or related business environment.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner for a field-based sales team.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
