What you’ll do:

In this role, you´ll:
- Assist in learning content development: Support content creators in the development and design of high-quality e-learnings, live sessions and supporting materials
- Help coordinate virtual events: Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of virtual events, including handling administrative and logistical/scheduling tasks
- Facilitate large-scale email communications: Craft and distribute polished, informative emails/communications to large audiences, with a keen eye for detail and skill in creating compelling content that resonates with Gen Z readers
- Assist with backend operations: Provide support in managing backend operations for learning platforms (SML/Articulate), design and preparing presentations, facilitating and presenting at large calls, reporting, maintaining important documents and more. Your specific skillset, strengths and interests will be taken into consideration for the task you will support
- Collaborate and assist team members and stakeholders: Work closely with trainers, facilitators, and team members to support their efforts across the various tasks already mentioned, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment within a multicultural team across different locations. Establish and maintain connections and collaboration proactively to stakeholders outside the team
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

- Preferred fields of study: Business administration, educational sciences, psychology fields, social sciences or comparable
- Computer skills: Confident use of MS Office applications, especially good PowerPoint & Excel skills; nice to have: passion for graphic design
- Language skills: Strong English skills written and spoken, German is a plus
- Soft skills: Proactive and reliable team player, very strong communication skills, high commitment and accountability, independent work style, attention to detail. ability to quickly adapt to new situations, tools, or changes in priorities.
- Other important skills/experience: Work experience in corporate HR (or teaching, or corporate Learning) is appreciated
- Working from office is required (Walldorf) - mobile work possible upon prior agreeement
