What you’ll do:

Expected start date: May 1st, 2024

In this role, you’ll:

  • Provide 2nd level support ticket inbox management and responses via EIC
  • Manage team mailbox management including answering inquiries
  • Support engagement of our coaching community via a Teams Channel
  • Reporting including demographic details, locations, ect.
  • Review surveys including feedback analysis and recommended focus areas for continuous improvement
  • Meeting facilitation including hosting program enablement events events and facilitating team meetings
  • Support with additional administrative tasks including knowledge base updates, program documentation and materials updates and creation of presentations via PowerPoint

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Proactive, self-organized, excelling in both team and individual environments
  • Problem solver, ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and barriers
  • Agile, can pivot quickly as change happens
  • Flexibility to collaborate with the Global fellowship program colleagues across multiple time-zones is required
  • Preferred fields of study: Learning/Human Resources
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Excel (Advanced), Powerpoint, Microsoft Teams
  • Language skills: fluency in English is a must
  • Experience in virtual training environments including joining and leading virtual calls
