Key job responsibilities* Troubleshoot application deployments, recreate customer issues, and build proof of concept applications. Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs
* Work on critical, highly complex customer problems that will span multiple AWS services.
* Help build and maintain Cloud Formation templates, and scripts to automate and deploy AWS resources and configuration changes.
* Collaborate and help build utilities and tools for internal use that enable you and your fellow AWS Engineers to operate safely at high speed and wide scale.
* Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams.
* Drive customer communication during critical events.

- Bachelor’s dgree OR equivalent experience in a technical position
- 3+ years of experience in a technical position
- Telecom industry experience (5G, Converged Core, Radio Access Networks (RAN/RAT), O-RAN, Ericsson, MPLS, Segment Routing, UPF, SMF, ePDG, etc.)
- Knowledge on Telecom architecture, EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service), VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, EC2 Linux (Elastic Compute Cloud for Linux)
- Experience in Systems administration (Linux or Windows) with Networking troubleshooting skills

- AWS experience with production workloads.
- Practical knowledge of 5G network architecture and call-flows and experience in troubleshooting 5G networks.
- 3+ years of experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for two (2) of the following: Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / DevOps.
- 2+ years of experience working with Telco solutions or working as a subject matter expert (SME) in a Telco.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture and web services.
- Experience with aspect(s) of security: network, application, security protocols, cryptography, etc.
- Experience with Configuration Management Software.
- Scripting and / or programming experience with at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Ruby, Python, Bash).
- Experience configuring, managing or troubleshooting systems of scale (cloud, virtualization, distributed networks, co-location).
- Experience with AWS Telco services e.g., AWS Private 5G, AWS Wavelength
