Your Role and Responsibilities

A Services Sales Representative is responsible for generating and closing sales by providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identifying potential clients through various channels, such as networking, cold calling, and email marketing.
  • Needs assessment: Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ unique requirements and pain points.
  • Solution selling: Developing and presenting tailored solutions that address clients’ specific needs.
  • Relationship building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Sales cycle management: Managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Customer satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Sales reporting: Tracking sales activities and performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, marketing, and customer support, to deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset and a passion for sales.
