In this role, reporting into the Territory Leader you will be the face of the Bengaluru office for all employees, visitors and candidates. You will have a huge impact in creating and maintaining the Unity culture as we grow.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the reception desk and present a friendly and welcoming first impression for Unity’s guests, clients, vendors and employees. Partner with Unity’s Security team to implement security protocols for visitors, candidates, and employees
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with various vendors such as janitorial and catering vendors, and where applicable, partner with the Workplace Territory Lead and Unity’s Sourcing and Procurement team to conduct QBRs, RFPs to ensure Unity is achieving great service along with value for money
  • Partner with the Territory Lead to manage and track the approved office budget by raising purchase requisitions and ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner to ensure no disruption to service; Partner with the Health, Safety, Response team in order to ensure local Health and Safety compliance is maintained
  • Maintain office and pantry supplies by analyzing inventory levels to anticipate requirements, assist in planning and coordination of onsite events, receive, send, and sort mail and packages; Manage the office’s general cleanliness and services via daily walkthroughs, manage the ongoing upkeep of our facilities through vendor and facility coordination including repairs & maintenance
  • On call for after-hours emergency contact

  • Flexibility in assisting with special projects in various areas as they are assigned

You might also have

  • Experience in the hospitality and customer service industry, First Aid/ AED/ CPR trained is a plus
  • Hands on experience with Mac and Windows including experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and proficient with Gmail and Google Calendar
  • Comfortable coordinating facility related work with external vendors (i.e. annual fire alarm verification, HVAC preventative maintenance, etc..)
