• This position requires strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. The individual must be a quick learner with the ability to work independently, coordinate activities across teams and various stakeholders, drive design and implementation in close collaboration with other team members and ensure adherence to the highest quality and performance standards.
• Implement new features and enhancements, working closely with product managers to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, following best practices and coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to peers, and continuously improve development processes and practices within the team
• Perform in-depth code level technical and functional analysis and debugging of complex issues reported by customers to formulate appropriate solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Mentor and coach junior team members on full stack development, DevOps, and software engineering best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in full stack development, SAP ecosystem and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.• 14+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of building multiple applications in SAP BTP and cloud environment, leading and guiding development teams
• Cloud Infrastructure - BTP, Kyma, Kubernetes
• Programming Languages and Tools - Java, Node JS, Cloud Connector, DevOps (CI/CD, Jenkins)
• Hands-on experience in advanced analytics domain like Predictive Analytics or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar tools
• Expertise in UI technologies - UI5, JavaScript, Fiori, HTML, CSS
• Experience with at least one major database (Oracle, SAP HANA, DB2, or Microsoft SQL Server)
• Application development experience with CAP programming model
• Ability to understand customer business process requirements and translate them into software solutions
