• Lead diverse teams working across ALM Cloud and OnPrem solutions, including development experts, software engineers and quality specialists
• Drive Cloud Mindset and a culture of Cloud Native Development
• Possess a strong understanding of current technologies, aid understanding of issue root causes and drive necessary corrective action
• With your technical acumen and leadership experience, cultivate an atmosphere for innovation and continuous improvements across our development and support teams
• Derive strategy & OKRs for the team based on the overarching strategy and inspire the teams to execute on the strategy
• Manage employee lifecycle effectively - hire right, set SMART goals, provide regular & timely feedback, listen and motivate them to deliver on these goals.

• 12+ years of work experience with degree in B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech, MCA
• 3+ years of experience in leading a software development team with people management responsibilities
• Proven success in building, motivating and retaining high-performance engineering teams
• Prior success as a software engineer, subject matter expert and strategic influencer on the direction of the product design and development
• History of engineering cultural change including CI/CD, Microservices or API first development
• Strong technical skills with technologies like Java, Spring Boot, SAP HANA, UI Technologies and OData protocols to develop modem cutting edge software that performs and scales in cloud environment
• Knowledge of lean development infrastructure process including Git, Jenkins etc. and exposure to Continuous Delivery practices
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Test Driven Development and passionate about unit test, integrity testing, stress testing and performance testing and test automation
• Strong customer-oriented attitude, co-ordination and collaboration skills needed to work in cross-cultural teams and geographies
