JPMorgan Senior Product Associate - Card Payment Network

As a Senior Product Associate in the Card Payment Network team at Chase Card Services, you will be involved in analyzing impacts and guiding stakeholders through Payment Network changes that affect Card issuing systems and processes. You will coordinate Chase-sponsored initiatives with Payment Network partners and provide production support and issue escalation, including off-hours support. This role offers you the opportunity to lead and assist cross-functional project teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and make informed decisions to enhance organizational agility.

Job responsibilities

- Document changes that meet business objectives based on Chase needs and Payment Network requirements.

- Ensure adherence to controls, applicable audit standards, and manage exceptions.

- Resolve issues through mediation, negotiation, or escalation to Directors and Senior Managers.

- Make informed decisions, understanding the boundaries for decision-making and knowing when to escalate.

- Build and leverage relationships within the organization to remove project obstacles and enhance organizational agility.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analysis or similar role at a financial institution or payment network organization.

- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences.

- Advanced computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and process mapping software.

- Knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA) and methodologies.

- Detailed understanding of Credit Card Payment Network capabilities and functions.
