What you’ll do

• Product marketing, analytics and campaign management for debit card product and payment services
• Coordination with association partners for driving joint projects.
• Process redesign to include new services and process requirements.
• Frontline support and trouble shooting for debit cards and payments
• Control framework build, implantation and documentation from new processes and services
• SME input in technology development; Oversight and sig off of testing plans
• Work with Project Managers and Business Analysists on project build documentation
• Coordination on technology and process build with stakeholders and vendors
• Participation in all project related meetings, governance and workshops
• Documentation of new services and processes within product programs and procedure documents
• Works closely with leadership in support of new business development efforts.
• Support strategic planning process for business development

What we’ll need from you

• Preferably Degree educated, however, exceptional candidates who do not meet this criteria may be considered provided they have the necessary skills and experience
• 5-8 years previous banking experience preferred
• Experience working with Mastercard would be preferred
• Experience in debit card infrastructure and card network management preferred
• Experience in working with UAE local payment systems and SWIFT preferred
• Experience in implementing changes including writing Business Requirement Documents, testing and governance frameworks
• Prior experience in Wealth Management preferred
• Proactively build strong and productive relationships within our bank assessment areas to promote and generate business to meet and exceed goals
• Experience in process and control design
• Experience in card and payment regulation
• Strong Excel/Data skills would advantageous
