- Drive technical support cases to timely and effective resolution, ensuring high levels of customer happiness and minimal business disruption.
- Assist customers in recovering their network environments by applying deep technical expertise and industry standard methodologies.
- Provide remote support with clear, timely, and professional communication throughout all stages of the case lifecycle.
- Maintain active communication with customers, ensuring regular updates and timely responses in line with service expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong fix and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an engineering-related role.
- Understanding operating systems and their functionalities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer systems, Networking, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of Linux and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies, such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Certification or equivalent knowledge in networking concepts (e.g., CCNA or similar).
